Wondering where to start and what to try? We can help. The good news is that with a few exceptions, every product we offer is safe and effective for all skin types. We’ve organized 4 Collections below to help you get started. If you’re still not sure, please contact us!

Quick Tips

  • Each product has a number on it, indicating the order of application. Here’s a summary:

    Step 1: Cleanser

    Step 2: Mask (2 - 3 times/week)

    Step 3: Toner

    Step 4: Eye & Neck Treatments

    Step 5: Serum

    Step 6: Moisturizer

    Then apply your favorite sunscreen, whether it’s blended into your makeup or standalone.

  • Apply Skintessence products in the same order morning and night. For Step 2, Masks, apply 2 - 3 times/week.

  • While we created our Collections (below) to help introduce new customers to our products, many of our long-time customers love to alternate between a few different Skintessence serums and moisturizers!

    Alternating is recommended because your skin can be affected by several factors over time, including climate (dry/humid), season, life phases (eg. adolescence, pregnancy, menopause), stress and pollution.

    We recommend that you begin with a Starter Set, which contains 8 or 10 products.

    Then try new products as desired. For example, plan ahead if you’ll be traveling to a new climate, or going through a new phase in life. Also consider our seasonal Masks.

    The most important thing is to get started and eliminate sub-par, mass-produced products. Your skin will thank you!
